We will be as fair as possible in our return policies. In store returns do not require an Return Authorization.
Merchandise purchased within 30 days is returnable if it is unused, in the original package and in new condition for your choice of:
1) store credit
2) equal exchange
3) refund less 15% restocking fee.
Items purchased from October 1 to December 24 can be returned up to January 31 to accommodate early holiday shoppers.
In any of the three choices, shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded.
Products returned without a RA from our store will be returned to owner at owner's expense.
Under no circumstances is used product (i.e. product worn, tried in the field, etc.) returnable! Please try on products inside unless you intend to keep them.
